JBPA Developments Inc. was founded by John Bassi who was the owner/operator of Bassi Construction for over 30 years. Having stepped away from the day to day construction business, John continues to work on his property management company JB Holdings Inc. When contemplating constructing JB Holdings own purpose-built apartment building, the only logical progression was for John to create it himself. He began to assemble his team of trusted experts, and thus, JBPA Developments Inc. was born. The team now pools their extensive construction management expertise to provide construction services for new buildings and high rises that they are shareholders in.
